Upgrade fold down stairs from Attic Ladders are manufactured from Australian Hoop Pine timber to fit floor to ceiling heights of up to 3.66 metres.

The Upgrade fold down stairs are suitable for regular use and with the wide, deep treads, 60° ladder angle and standard handrail provide easy and safe climbing for the user. The fold down stairs have a 650mm opening or can be customised for housed that have a truss roof.

Spring assisted ladder sections and heavy duty, double spring hinges ensure easy operation of the fold down stairs, and the load capacity of 220kg provide a strong long-life roof access solution.

Upgrade fold down stairs can be DIY installed and come fully assembled and with instructions.
