For two years, the Rees family have not used the air-conditioning in their bedrooms because the temperature does not rise above 25° to 26°.
Energy Star heat reflective coating, Metalflex is resistant to mould and dirt pick-up. This coating is tough yet flexible and remains cool and lasts longer than conventional exterior acrylic roof coatings. Heat reflective coatings are available in 44 different colours.
