The Gamma 700 depth model includes such features as a gas boiling table, open burner, ceramic hobs, electric boiling tables, gas char gills, griddles, boiling pans, bratt pans, pasta cookers, fryers, bain-maries, under compartments and neutral elements. Other cooking ranges like the Alpha 900 – 900 depth and the Omega – 1100 depth, include such features as ovens, bulk boiling units, pans and grate floor drains etc.
The refrigeration range includes products such as refrigerators, blast chillers and freezers, cold rooms, refrigerated counters, and ice cube makers.
