Carpet underlays, barrier shield underlays and slab underlays from Airstep Carpet Underlay
Airstep Carpet Underlay ’s rubber underlay products are available in different lengths, widths, thicknesss and colours for varied applications. Some of the products used in the domestic area are the Airstep aero cushion, cushion pad, barrier shield, fluid barrier, timber lay support pad, sensi slab, premier pad, Airstep prime and Airstep slab.
The Airstep aero cushion is a special purpose underlay for use in high impact areas and is classified as a low risk allergy material. The Airstep cushion pad is made of needle punched felt, and is produced from recycled textiles using polypropylene as the binder.
The Airstep barrier shield is a fluid barrier shield underlay, used in health and aged care facilities. The Airstep fluid barrier shield is also made of needle punched fabric sourced from recycled textiles with a combination of polyester and PP as the binder.
The Airstep timber lay product is classified as a floating timber floor system and is used for supporting floating timber floor systems. The timber lay offers improved comfort and control noise pollution. The Airstep sensi slab is made of latex rubber sponge and is designed for double bond installation.
The Airstep premier pad is made of needle punched fabric obtained from recycled textiles with PP as the binder. The Airstep prime is a heavy commercial and residential underlay product. The Airstep slab underlay is also designed for double bond installation.
