Laminati Magnetico launched by ABET

ABET  Laminati Magnetico laminate can be used as a projection screen. It has a high gloss surface, which can be used for holding magnets. High Pressure Decorative Laminates manufactured by ABET are produced by pressing a melanin resin white solid colour surface sheet on a phenolic resin impregnated kraft paper core. The entire process takes place in a temperature of 150 degree centigrade and a pressure of about 1000 psi.

Magnetico Laminates produced by ABET are available in white having a Lucida finish. These laminates are not suited for exterior applications or even for bonding to plaster or concrete. Since ABET Magnetico Laminate is not a structural material it is required to be bonded with a suitable substrate. These laminates should not be used in high humidity conditions, or in regions having temperature higher than 135 degree centigrade for a relatively long period of time. It also should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

Substrates suitable for bonding magnetic laminates include particle board and medium density fibre board with adhesives like semi rigid adhesives or rigid adhesives. ABET Magnetico laminates should not be cleaned with waxes or furniture polish, which can impair its function, but instead may be cleaned with a soft damp clean cloth.
