The merger of Grieve Gillett and Dimitty Andersen Architects will bring together over forty years of award-winning, multidisciplinary architecture.

Effective 1 July 2014, the new company will be known as Grieve Gillett + Dimitty Andersen Architects (GGDAA) with directors Steve Grieve and Paul Gillett welcoming Dimitty Andersen and her staff into the fold.

A market leader in residential and interior design in South Australia, Dimitty Andersen Architects will join Grieve Gillett’s current staff of twenty-two (fifteen professionals, four technical, three administration support) at their converted warehouse office at 243 Pirie Street in the Adelaide CBD.

The merger is expected to expose the staff to a more diverse range of projects and offers an opportunity to promote further collaboration and growth within the practice, and with their collective clientele.

Both Grieve Gillett and Dimitty Andersen Architects are well known for their design excellence, quality and service, thanks to their creative involvement in several award-winning projects in South Australia.

The new practice, GGDAA has six projects nominated across four categories at this year’s upcoming SA Architecture Awards on July 4.
